Prayer for the Lost

Hekate Propolos, I want to ask for Your guiding light. Even as the words start to form, things expand and I see that light illuminating how "those who are lost" aren't just a few here and there. We're all lost, Mother. Each of us in our own ways. For many different reasons. All lost, though.

Guide us, Mother. Protect us. I cannot make promises for others, but You know the vows I have taken. More and more, I see the way to keep my promises no matter what...and also see so many more obstacles than I understand before. I see more of the connections. I see that what I thought would be my best possible service to You may not be a realistic expectation, and I trust You to guide me and show me what is truly my best service to You. While I will not put the responsibility on others, I do also recognize that what is achievable changes as people change, and those connections are very real. So I will not promise for others, but I will promise again to use the blessings You give me for the best service I can give to You.

I thank You for the alligator who followed the boat. I thank You for the lakes, rivers, and beaches. I thank You for humpback whales. I thank You for the turtles. I thank You for baths, showers, swimming pools, and glasses of water to drink. I thank You for rainy days and thriving plants. I thank You for the aquatic entry to other realms. I thank You for Your presence in everything that exists in our physical world, as well as the many ways water exists in other worlds. Khaire Hekate Einalia! Praise Lake Monster! Iä Mother Hydra!
