I ask for Your guidance and blessings...

Glorious Mother Hekate, You know the project I am starting. This feels like the right project to be doing. As if I have been preparing for it for a very long time and just didn't know it until now.

There is also fear. I don't see how I could take on a project like this and have no fear at all. The challenge is to not let the fear stop me.

I also do not want to wander too far from the inspiration, Mother. While it is fictional work, it is to serve a great purpose.

Glorious Hekate, I ask for Your guidance and blessings for this project. Guide my hand, heart, and mind. Lead me to the words that will best serve the purposes the writing is intended for. I ask for the blessings of Hermes and Prometheus, as well. But, of course, Mother, I praise You first and ask first for Your blessings. Glorious Dark Mother Hekate! Praised first even by Zeus!

I thank You for the alligator who followed the boat. I thank You for the lakes, rivers, and beaches. I thank You for humpback whales. I thank You for the turtles. I thank You for baths, showers, swimming pools, and glasses of water to drink. I thank You for rainy days and thriving plants. I thank You for the aquatic entry to other realms.
