Gratitude for Devotional Space


Khaire Hekate! 

I am grateful that I have space to devote to You. I am grateful for the space to devote to my work, and to acts of devotion and gratitude. Even within that space, there is space specifically for You. It wasn't so long ago that I thought having my life turned inside-out brought the end of me being able to have space like this. No...it was just put on hold. I found You during that time. When my life was at a crossroads, You revealed Yourself to me! And through Your blessings and the blessings of Hermes, I have the space again. It isn't what it used to be, but I am not what I used to be. And while it may always hurt that I am not where I used to be - cannot arrange the space the way I could before - I also know the space I have now is a better space for devotion and work.

Show me my roots.
Show me my crown.
From the stars to the grave, and all that is between!

Glorious Hekate Einalia, Empress of the Dark Seas! It is World Ocean Day. I thank You for Your presence in my life as the Lake Monster, and more recently as Mother Hydra. I thank You for the alligator who followed the boat. I thank You for the lakes, rivers, and beaches. I thank You for humpback whales. I thank You for the turtles. I thank You for baths, showers, swimming pools, and glasses of water to drink. I thank You for rainy days and thriving plants. I thank You for the aquatic entry to other realms. I thank You for Your presence in everything that exists in our physical world, as well as the many ways water exists in other worlds. Khaire Hekate Einalia! Praise Lake Monster! Iä Mother Hydra!
